Chatswood as a large station in Sydney North is quite busy, around are full of shops. There are four platforms to north and city. Also has auto fences and doors for get on, off, is fashion station.
Chatswood station is one of the big station of Sydney. Chatswood shopping mall and other main stores and shops like Chemist and the big number of restaurants are also here.
Nice station since the upgrade and right near shops and other amenities. Very organised and close to some very nice coffee shops.
Chatswood station is situated at Northern part of Sydney Where Trains come frequently in 3 minutes. You can find trains to Hornsby, Epping and city from this station.
Not much to say really, for a train station it's pretty good. The layout is thoughtful to people in a rush and the central time/station guides are right at the boom gates. There are relatively clean toilets and vending machines on some platforms. About as good as stations go.
Offers great service. Well set out. Excellent variety of restaurants. No regrets going here on a regular basis.
Good places to eat. Nice cafes to sit around. Woolworths located right above the station...so that you can do your daily grocery shopping easily without putting in extra time and effort. Nice place to hang around with very nice restaurants. Some shops are also there to do some shopping.
