Hi Team, I would like to express how amazing experience I had shopping at the Sony Chatswood and all the credit goes to your Team members - KATIE and MATT. I have actually been to other camera stores including the Sony ones, but my experience here was totally different. The kind of customer service that I received was top notch in-person and even on the phone as well. Apart from that they gave me surety that if I have any issues I can always come back to them which means everything to me to shop in-store v/s online. I wish I could give more stars than just 5. The wireless sports earbuds SP700N. I brought is a total disaster. Right bud doesn’t work when calling, noise cancelling is so bad, audio react is so slow, like when you turn up and down volume it takes a sec to react, audio delay for 1 or 2 sec when you are watching video, it’s just so bad and does not worth 300 dollars at all. I was expecting Sony products to have good quality, but this really destroys my expectation on Sony products. I saw a post on Sony community that posted 10 months ago about these issues but they still sell these products with major issues, what is going on with Sony now?
Great experience from the staff at Sony Chatswood! The staff member that helped me, Alex, was extremely patient with me as I narrowed down my camera choice (I'm a newbie!) and Katie who processed the sale was super helpful! I also spoke to a brad briefly who solved a few post-purchase questions!
What a memorable experience. Here, at Sony Kiosk in Chatswood is where I’ve always been purchasing my best products. Here is were today I did one of the biggest upgrades in my life. Just bought a SONY a7RIV plus a 16-35mm f2.8 Sony G-Master. All this thanks to the great service of this 2 guys, BRAD and MATT, that helped me with advises and much more. Thanks guys always your loyal customer ever.

We recently purchased several items from Sony and were lucky enough to be served by a fantastically informative young man, Matthew B. Despite problems with our order being subsequently delivered, Matthew B was polite, extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist with the issues we experienced. It was a pleasure to meet someone with his knowledge of the Sony products, people skills and personality. I would recommend Matthew B as a salesperson to be treasured.
