I did a one day job for N&H at a hotel in Chatswood 2 weeks ago. When I arrived at their suite they let me in. As the Mum and Dad were still getting organised I sat with the kids, 9,6 and 12 months, chatting and getting to know them. The parents filled me in with where things were and said goodbye. You can imagine my reaction as there is usually a longer hand over . So off we went, I picked up the little one, it was as though she’d known me already, packed up the pram and headed for the playground. We had a great time. Returning to the hotel, the baby fell asleep in my arms and the others watched TV. Wasn’t until the parents returned that I found out they use N&H often, and explained to me, the trust they had in the agency..... Well that explained everything. They had faith I could do the job based on, I came from Nannies & Helpers.! Deana S

It really is an excellent company, where all the staff are very attentive, especially Cathy who is very professional and helpful. She is always looking to help both nannys and families! We hired Rose and the team for our wedding, they were absolutely fantastic to deal with and nothing we asked them to do (which was a lot) was too much for them! Rose even came and met us at the venue the day before so we could show her where things were and run her though what we wanted the staff to do on the day. All of the staff who helped out on the day were very professional and worked really hard and the pricing was affordable. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for event help!
