Had a lovely shopping experience at Chatswood store. Awesome customer service by Christina North ( Chrissy). Bought gym wear for the first time and Chrissy was very patient, listened to my needs, communicated well and did not get annoyed with my repeated questions. Chrissy was very knowledgeable for all the products and gave me good advice. I enjoy wearing my gym wear and will recommend it to my friends too. Thanks Chrissy for awesome shopping experience and thanks Lorna Jane for making very comfortable gym wear.

I called Chatswood store asking for a specific item and they said no and that the George Street store might have it. I asked for the George Street store number and the lady said “just look it up on the website”. I shop regularly at Lorna Jane and I don’t pay 100 for a sportsbra for this substandard service.
