Wouldn't go back . Matching price is pretty common practice today. I can easy get it done in JBHiFi. This shop only match with other shops in the same building. Good luck to them for more business. Also EB always higher price than other retail shops.

Just avoid online order/preorder. Call them up and enquire if you can get through the line. Or show up in person. EB online system is still in the last century that even the best staff cant help but play dumb to you result in time wasted.
Close too early
The fact that it combines both ebgames and zing makes the selection of products abundant. Close to the station and within Westfield too.
Called to enquire on a preorder I had made a couple of months ago and I was told that the item was available for pick up. When I got to the store the store rep told me that the item was not available and that the person I spoke to over the phone was misinformed. Tip, when chatting over the phone ask for someone senior to confirm whatever is communicated - might save yourself a trip.
Good store but not the great one, need more stocks for games amd consoles.
I went in to collect my online order 1st thing in the morning and I had plenty of time to look around. I cannot believe this place was hidden but easy to find if you get what I mean. The man who served was so laid back! Don't get me wrong, he wasn't lazy, but laid back and made my trip there a great one! I have never had an negative experience with any of the EB stores or their staff
