The main thing I liked about this site is that they do all the testing in house and they do not send the test to a second party. The customer service prior to purchasing the ancestral testing was very helpful and the testing kit was easy to manage and is an easy process to follow. The test results were sent via email within the recommended time. Plus it's an Australian company and laboratory.

First time I've needed to use any DNA site. I just googled DNA testing and easy DNA Australia was easy to understand, they were prompt with the testing kit, with all instructions easy to read and understand. I had to make a phone call to clarify something and was treated with the utmost respect from the most helpful staff. The results came back quickly without any delay. Very easy to use service. Testing kit (easy to use) was mailed out promptly, then results prepared soon after sending back swabs. Very professional and impressive service. If I ever have another (!) set of twins I'll be using them again!

I ordered the prenatal paternity test from EasyDNA not knowing what to expect especially because I live in Perth Western Australia which is very far... from everywhere.. The service was excellent. A kit was sent out ASAP and they even booked the blood test at a time convenient before I had to start work. They even organized for the samples to be collected from the pathologist too. Received test results less than 2 weeks from the moment I decided to order. What impressed me the most was that I received the results on a Saturday which was also a public holiday. I did not expect that at all. THANK YOU!!

Professional and easy to contact, I used the web chat to organise the test. I Received the testing pack next day, all queries and concerns I had were quickly cleared up. The results were received quicker than expected. I highly recommend easyDNA.

I was contacted by a young lady, who was adopted, by the husband of her mother & they had two other children in the marriage.When told she was adopted, her mother told her about me, as we had been going out together. Over the years she started to ask her mother more & more questions. Many years had passed & she started to search for me, i had made myself open via web sites,to anybody from my past, who may have wanted to contact me. Well a long story cut short, her mother spotted me, when she joined one of the sites i am on & told her daughter. We communicated & within two days i had found easyDNA Australia, i contacted them first & i received answers to all my questions. They sent me a kit & one to the young lady in question & were excellent in every way, they proceeded to go about their business. Thanks to Lisa & her mum the easyDNA staff, i now have a lovely 47 year old daughter & four more beautiful Grand Children. P/s I wrote this the day after being informed, I am yet to talk to Lisa personally on the phone, she contacted me last night & we will be speaking for the first time today.

Quite often, parents are misinformed during pregnancy and at birth regarding their children's zygosity, so we ordered the twin zygosity test. EasyDNA is easy to deal with and it provides great customer service and communications. The result was delivered earlier than expected and the after sales service I received from Mandy Hughes was impressive.
