Fantastic. Extremely polite in reception and very quick to get in. As someone who is very nervous, I felt very taken care of.

Zero customer service, the receptionist doesn't know how to talk to customers, very rude and un sensitive behaviour.

I believe Google should allow us to rate no star. I attended center at 11:50 on Saturday and booked an appointment at 10am on Tuesday the following week to pick up Holter Monitor and do blood test. And I confirmed the appointment with receptionist and added event in my calendar before I left center. But when I attend on time, staff told me I was not booked and it is allocated to someone else. If center staff can personally decide who they want to allocate equipment to, what's the point to book the appointment? And the center manager is very arrogantly and I was kicked to other center with no apologize. Of course to Douglass Hanly Moir, we are no body and I believe they won't care what we complained.

Wish I could post a photo of the 3x4 cm bruise I was left with after a simple blood test. I was horrified when the clinician couldn't hit the vein so he poked around inside til blood flowed. The lady who performed my husband's test had no idea how to handle rhe forns or operate the computer. Absolute incompetence.

Avoid this place as far as Yiu could, had blood taken this morning, needle may penetrate the vein, despite press immediately,lots of blood come under the skin. The personnel there need to be re-trained. Stay away.

I will give 0 star if I could, I booked an appointment on month ago, and they just allocate it to others. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

The thin lady with glasses at reception (sorry, did not ask for her name!) was really nice, helpful and had a good sense of humour when my dad had to give urine samples.

Pretty bad bruising after having blood taken - see photo... Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
