Incredibly rude service, Mehdi treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about after asking to see a particular set of products, then gave me false information regarding them. Buy goods at any other kitchen store until they learn how to treat customers with respect.

Dreadful little place. A very bad-mannered security type is lurking behind a rack. He's there to harangue the many customers who return many faulty items.
I called to ask if they sold a certain shoe and the female worker constantly kept reminding me "these shoes are for a chef". What world do you live in, in which women cannot be chefs? Why do you look down on your own gender? Rude and sexist.

Extremely poor service from the shop attendants. More so the refund policy is such that even if the product is faulty, damaged or not suitable for the its purpose, you are forced to except an exchange or credit note only. I would warn other shoppers to be mindful of their refund policies before purchasing anything from this store.
Absolutely appalling customer service by the store manager, Mehdi. He was rude, racist and manipulative when we requested to service an item that should have been covered under warranty. We were so disgusted by the behaviour and lack of common courtesy that we reported the incident to higher authorities. Such individuals should not be given licence to work in customer service positions.
