Biggest stuff around of my life. Sell me a washer dryer combo and a fridge. Had problems for the very start. Rang them close to the end of my year warranty with issues and was told they would call back after holiday season (past warranty date), never heard back. Asked to have someone come fix my washer and paid 125 for him to remove lint from the machine. Machine still broken and are refusing to fix it. Disgusting

I would give negative review if I could .Lady that answered the phone today has no clue about customer service and is really rude .Service is terrible and Samsung should be ashamed they are using there service to warranty repair . CUSTOMER SERVICE 0 Communication 0 Update 0 Close the damn thing already because you can’t do your job right .

Shame you can't put NEGATIVE stars. They have the RUDEST, CONDESCENDING receptionist I have ever had to deal with. She ended up shouting down the phone at me. She was clearly in the wrong and didn't want to admit that they were.

Bought a fridge 5 years ago stopped working came out took 5 mins to fix no charge. Have also bought a washing machine off them. Top blokes always have a joke with them. Very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We bought a factory second Samsung fridge with ice maker and unfortunately had some problems with it, we actually ended up having four service calls to fix it under warranty. They we always friendly and helpful, parts arrived really quickly and the service man was here as soon as possible every time. After a bit of trial and error in fixing the fridge everything is in great working order now, we just got a bit unlucky. We are still very happy with our fridge, it was a great buy and these guys have a great service!! Totally recommended.
