I have been dealing with Charlotte the Assistant Manager for a few years now and can only say that my experience has been 5 star ! at the very least. I walked in the store, not quite knowing what I wanted, however I was greeted by Kylie the store manager with a smile and so far the best and most helpful service I've ever received in jewellery store. She spent over 1.5 hours helping me to design a custom piece and also helping me finally find what I wanted which was in the store. Amazing service and help and she is a brilliant jewellery designer. Her other team member Krystal was also fantastic to deal with . I bought Tag watch and a beautiful 2 piece diamond ring.. Thank you ladies.
Today I bought a Baby-G watch for work, I'd been looking at them for a long time and Wallace Bishop Charlestown had the perfect one for me (I hadn't seen it anywhere else). Charlotte helped my mum and I with the sale - hands down, I've never had such a funny and lovely buying experience anywhere else. She was so friendly.
