Worst Private Certifier, they will make your life so difficult and not give OC after taking all your money. They will favour builder doing doggy work but if you ask them, they will make your life miserable. I wont go near them.

Scott and his team at Dix Gardner - Newcastle are professionals whom I have worked with on multiple large development projects. The quality of advice and flexibility to support the needs of my development projects and the company I work for is first rate. They have no idea what they are doing, they can't deal with any minor complication. Time waster and not helpful at all as they are only looking for easy job which are paying lots of money. They only work for big developers, who can throw lots of money and leave positive feedback here. If you have small project don't go to them. They will complain about you in council without asking you, and they will judge you. They will waste your time and complain about you in council, just to save their time working for you, after wasting your and council's time they will say bye to you. Plus please look at the reviews for Dix Gardner Sydney and they talk of compliance. You didn't help us to get Building Certificate, so how can you invoice us. other certifier helped us throughout.
I’ve engaged Scott from Dix Gardner to certify the development of gym and recreation facilities on two occasions. The service provided was very responsive, high quality and hassle free. I’d happily use Dix Gardner for future projects.
It's refreshing to find a certifier that's willing to work with the client to ensure mutual solutions to problems, rather than just holding up progress until all criteria are satisfied.
