What a fabulous find! Great fresh and delicious food with a focus on organic. Lots of veg and vegan options and the celebration cakes look amazing. Will be back to try them. Worth going outside the shopping centre to visit. And attentive staff.

Great place to get gluten free and dairy free food. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free which is very exciting. I got the waffles which were very filling! The staff were very friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The only negative is that prices are on the high side especially on the cakes and slices which is disappointing.

Has a very good selection of breakfast offerings available. All are available in gluten free and most can be made vegetarian or vegan. Good at helping manage my food intolerances. Very happy!

I cannot believe I haven't discovered this gem of a cafe before now!! Fresh, healthy, tasty, scrummillee (it's my new word!!) food & coffee I will need to return over & over to make my way through all of the amazing choices on this menu! I also left today with some wonderful eco items that are for sale in their gift & product items Overall a really delightful visit

Without a doubt the best cafe in Charlestown. The salads are incredible and magazine worthy. Love the service & smoothies are the bomb! You’ll leave feeling 100% satisfied and guilt free. Love your work!

Absolutely delicious and amazing food & coffee!! We tried the waffles, soul bowl and the snickers bowl and everything tasted perfect. The icing on the cake was the homemade peanut butter which took it to another level for me. Friendly staff and great service- accomodating to any dietary requirements. Would absolutely recommend and come back here!

My favourite cafe' and Health food store in Newcastle. Love their waffles and nourish bowls. Their range of cakes look and amazing and taste even better. Great coffee and friendly service every single visit. Highly recommended.

Food took 20mins to make even though it's primarily raw components. Everything about it was average although I do appreciate the ethos of keeping things simple and healthy.
