Our children have all loved Chapel Hill Kindy. We love the indoor/outdoor program, the trees they are encouraged to climb, and the bush kindy programs that spark natural interest and curiosity in our kids. But it really is the teachers who make all the difference - they all go above and beyond on a daily basis to reach out to each child and their families. They really feel like part of the extended family which has helped our kids feel so comfortable attending, so they can concentrate on learning and having fun in a creative, interesting environment. Highly recommend!

My children absolutely love their kindy, adore their teachers and thrive in the nature based setting. CHCK is exactly what community kindergartens should be modelled on. For over 60 years CHCK has been a standout in the local kindy offerings and continue to excel on a national platform. The informal, open door policy that they allow for parents (and families) makes for a very inviting, friendly and inclusive environment. The staff and teachers are warm, thoughtful, kind, calm and nurturing in their approach. They are open and honest with their communications, making it easy to know how our kindy kids are progressing. Every day the teachers are well prepared, equipped and organised with a range of varying activities available that cater to all sorts of creative, busy little minds. No two days are ever the same. The nature based play and weekly bush kindy program are a highlight and very exciting for the kids. These encourage exploration and self confidence which are vital foundations for learning. The benefits of CHCK are endless, and my kids are proud to be part of CHCK family.

My Grandson has attended for 2 years and has loved every minute of it. I personally have attended numerous events and been the parent helper several times. As a former teacher I can attest that the staff are doing a great job and the kindy runs extremely well. I will be recommending that my other grandchildren attend in future.

Such a fantastic kindy. My kids go here and they couldn't be happier. Every "kindy day" they are very excited and can't wait to get out of the house. The teachers and staff are very caring, kind and keep us well informed of how the kids are doing. The kindy itself is great, with a fantastic outdoor space for exploring and playing.

We were immediately impressed with Chapel Hill Community Kindy. The educators were all very welcoming and professional. We especially loved the outdoor space and we're really happy with how prepared our son felt for prep this year after completing the kindy program here. Highly recommend!

Chapel Hill Kindys nature based play and bush Kindy program brings such joy and learning to the kids. You won't find more dedicated, incredible or professional educators anywhere else. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Kindy, cannot recommend highly enough. All the staff are extremely professional and go above and beyond what is required. The teachers have used their personal time to meet with us whenever we have had any concerns or wanted to discuss anything. In particular anyone who has attended a committee meeting will appreciate just how much Ms Anna puts into the Kindy. Her monthly reports on the Kindy are worthy of being published. They host numerous events during the year and generally get the whole community involved. A particular highlight is the annual art-show, this is a day where the children can show off their art to their friends, family and the community. The teachers arrange this in their own time and it is held on a Saturday so all can attend. In addition to this their is also a family fun day, a Christmas party, a Mothers and Fathers day event. For my son the highlight has been Bush Kindy. These weekly excursions to the "bushland" near Akuna oval are a highlight of his week. There are also frequent excursions and incursion organised. Another favorite for my child was the wild animal show. A animal handler brought in many animals to teach the class about, he even had a baby crocodile that the children could hold/pat. With regards to the fees, as an Accountant I did my homework and the fees were equivalent if not cheaper than the other options in the area. It is also worth noting that as this is a community kindy, there is a very active committee that parents can get involved with. This interaction between the parents and the teachers is hugely beneficial. The Kindy is also a non-profit organisation and as such there is priority put to making a profit at the expense of the car of the children. Once again I cannot stress how highly I recommend Chapel Hill Kindy. It has been great and my son has thoroughly enjoyed it and benefited from it. We will definitely send our daughter there in future.
