Store experience was fine, even when they don't call you when they say they would. However, the aircon installer the store use did a very sloppy job. He left holes in the wall for me to fix and didn't clean up after himself. A significant amount of brick debris was left inside and outside the house and he charged 200 more than quoted. Based on my experience I would not recommend buying an air con unit in this store unless you have your own installer.

I have just bought the new Vax VX5 SpinScrub. I looked up the product and Lismore Betta Home Living came up as the closest place. From start to finish, my customer service with Casey (male) was fantastic. I can not in any way say anything negative about my experience. The internet was working so slow in my town because of the rain. (Yes I know sounds ridiculous but it's true) and I had nothing but trouble trying to purchase this with Oxipay. Casey was helpful, informative, kind and made my whole purchase, (which wasn't going very well because of the internet) a lot easier. I recommend anyone to see him. Thursday I purchased it, on my door step Monday. And what a product it is. If you had the experience of the old yellow one, this is like a delux model and I am very sad to think I am excited to use it...…. I'm pretty sure there is much more to life than housework hahahaha. Thank you Casey for your wonderful help.
