I love the body shop and its products ! I have been using their Vitamin E body butter for over 20 years and love it. It's now now longer produced. The store assistant Sean was so helpful and knowledgeable about all his products and recommended the almond & honey as a replacement. I've just tried it out and and absolutely perfect !!! THANKS SEAN you're a gem !

Best place for skin care and the staff are skilled and know what they are doing and recommending. Their products are expensive but they have great effect and thus I feel that they are worth the value. Their website is also great and sometimes has free delivery offers available through standard delivery. They also have free trails at the shop to checkout the products. You can also ask the experts there to recommend what would suit you personally.

A brand that's really good and pretty much does what it claims. The staff here are extremely helpful and have an in depth knowledge of what they're doing. Tell them your skin type and the problem you're facing, and they'd immediately suggest a product to combat it. Personally, I absolutely love their shower gels. Would recommend.

Have been using the products for a number of years. The body butters are very good for dry skin ( leave legs feeling smooth), the shear butter and the mango are just beautiful. The face creams are good as well. The green range is wonderful for combination skin ( drops of youth). The staff at Chadstone store are very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

Poor customer service. They said they'd call when my things had come in. They never called so went into the store to check the following week and all of the products were on the shelf. When I asked about why they hadn't called there was no apology offered and they tried to brush it off. When pressed again no apologies, just excuses. Worked in sales for years so I know it's not hard to say sorry. I've been buying from The Body Shop consistently every year for over a decade and after this I'll be looking for a new company to shop at for my friends and family. Very disappointed.
