Van WU went above and beyond standard customer service to help us get 2 different cameras as a gift for my 12 year old child. Not only did he take the time to run through the various brands and the differences in them and made recommendations, he also set up both cameras and showed my 12 year old how to use them. Thus we left the shop with 2 fully functional cameras, all set up and all ready to go with memory card, storage bag rather than spending a day or two figuring out from the instruction manual re how to set things up and how to operate the cameras. This above and beyond customer service enabled my 12 year old child to start enjoying the new gift straight away. Thanks a million Van for the top customer service which took well over an hour!

I was given the completely misleading information: 1. If I make a bank transfer it should go through overnight. Lie - it took me four business days for payment to clear (at least according to them) 2. When we receive the clearance they will express post it the same day. Lie - it was a standard post. 3. When I called in to question why it was a normal post, I was told express post is delivering same time frames due to volumes. Lie - Australia post says although very rarely this does occur, express post will always be prioritised. Disappointed.

I've been a pain to that store and they have been nothing short of incredible, you're not just paying for their parts but for their customer service and ability to help you with all your needs. I had a lot of indecision about nikon vs canon for macro photography and even swapped rigs twice! and they were happy to help me compare the photos with the two rigs until i ultimately decided on what would work best.

What fantastic service I received from the Lab expert Andrew! He was given tiny, 70 year old marked, sepia photos and asked to create from these a set of new large, clear photos for a celebratory occasion. The result, a terrific photo board display. It was just a shame that no one else in the shop at opening time had the expertise to help, so I had to come back a second time when Andrew was on.
