This store is cheating customers! They charged me 250 for screen repair of iPhone XR and said it were screen of the original Apple shop, while in reality, it was of so inferior quality. If I buy a 20 screen online, the quality would be much better! The color and display are just far worse than you can imagine. DO NOT EVER COME TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE HERE WHITH THESE LIARS. Disgusting store. I repaired my phone twice four years ago and the quality was good. But today it’s purely cheating!

I usually buy otterbox covers for all my devices from this place and today I came to buy a otterbox cover for my Samsung galaxy note 9 and I got treated badly and extremely rude by the staff member who helped me, extremely rude and poor customer service please train your staff to be polite to customers wether they buy stuff or not and not to judge people from outside appearance. Would not recommend this place as a positive place of business. Wish , I could give 0 stars. Got fast charging cable today saying it charges with in minutes. Took 4 hours to completely charge my pixel 5 .. Ridiculous customer service and cheaters.

Only buy from this store if you’re willing for the product to break on the 29th Day of use and not be covered. Never again will I buy from this store. On Sunday 3/02/2019 at around noon I visited your Chadstone Store and was extremely appalled with the interaction with your Store Manager. Two months prior I purchased two watch wrist bands. They both ended up becoming faulty and unable to utilise after only a couple of wears. I explained that the first wrist band continued to fall off with the pin on one side becoming loose even after tightening. I stopped using this band in concern that I would lose my apple watch. I switched to the white wrist band only to have the stud come away from the band on the second use. It was obvious from the condition of the bands (see photo) that they had not been mishandled or worn often at all. I was refused an exchange or refund? Why! The store refused to do anything as they said the fault didn’t occur within 28 days from purchase date, claiming it is a ‘consumable’ item and they don’t recognise it. I am disgusted that your company would sell faulty wrist bands and only warranty the products if they become faulty within 28 days and you get to the store within this time period. I spent 118 on these two wrist bands, only to have them break within days of use- this is disgraceful that you would sell a product that is so shonky and not offer exchange. The store manager refused a refund or an exchange- I left the broken wrist bands at your Chadstone store as they are useless to me. So incredibly disappointed- I have never written a review before but felt the need to warn others, buyer beware.

Recently had 2 iphones repaired (cracked screen). Quality of work performed is good, 1 of the screens were faulty and was replaced again under warranty. They offer different quality for screen replacement. Just keep in mind if you go for a cheaper option, the screen brightness is nowhere near as good as the original. White background has a blue tone and the touch sensitivity deteriorates which can be very annoying. So, this place offers cheaper alternatives but if you’re very picky then get the screen replaced with a genuine or the more expensive option.
