Son and i went to look for my son’s suit and happy we went to Chadstone. We found what we wanted. That lady staff was so helpful. The place is so organized, neat and clean. Will always come back here.

Huge department store, great variety of brands and products, whatever you need Myer has it. Store layout is quite good so you can navigate through very easily and keep sight of the areas you wanna visit.

A Great experience and good customer service from Suzi and Linda in Men's wear. Managed to purchase the items I came into store to purchase. Highly recommend asking for their views.

Always a good place to visit, even just for a walk around and take a break. Best to come early , say before 10am to get a car park and breakfast or coffee. Like the many and well placed benches where i can just sit and relax and not be pressured to buy anything.

The staffs working at Myer Chadstone (Home & Kitchen department) has the best customer service. Erik and Christine were so polite and patient to help me each and every time. It is very hard to find such great customer service anywhere. Keep up with the good works guys and am very much appreciated your efforts.
