The worst customer experience ever!! Never write any terrible review before, but the customer service I received today it was disgusting! I have to speak out to the public. The staff who worked at the count presented a disgraceful attitude that I have never experienced before. I selected some loose chocolates from the store. When I went to pay for the chocolate, the staff didn't even bother to greet the customer. She asked me to put the bag of chocolate on the scale and remove it by myself without sealing the bag or asking me do I need a bag or not. I understand we all need to keep the social distance. However, this is not the case. The waitress doesn't know how to provide a hospitality service.

We got a big chocolate cake platter with two hot chocolate drinks. So we managed to try almost everything in one go. It's probably the first time I ordered so many sweets. The cakes are quite good - full of intense chocolate flavour, caramel and crunchy nuts. Hot drinks are great as well, really dense and balanced in terms of sweetness. The only suggestion - never order the platter! If you want a piece of cake - order one piece and a cup of tea.. or if you want a chocolate drink - get a takeaway and have it as a separate treat. All together - is too much! Couldn't have sweets for about a month after that order.
This is very sweet place. Nothing much to say in one word "excellent" and they serve items with great presentations. Good staff and the cafe looks great.
Lights need cleaning. Heavy layer of dust. Coffee is average. Chocolate is exceptional.
Great range of chocolates and sweet treats. Staff were friendly and their cakes and eclairs are heavenly.
The food is always consistently good. Some of the waitress girls were rude, they can get some training.
Food was good but staff was extremely rude and unhelpful to us. We could hear them saying rude things about us behind the wall.
Fantastic cafe... staff have excellent customer service skills. The staff were very polite and patient. Definitely recommend.
