This is a wonderful new restaurant addition at Chaddy. Loved the ambience and the quality of the beef was excellent. Our family of 5 are big on meats so we had both the Australian and Premium wagyu set. Both were excellent but I think next time we will just zoom in on the scotch fillet. We also had calamari, scallops and mushrooms. All okay but the beef were truly the standouts. One dish that blew us away was the garlic fried rice....OMG so delicious we had to order a second serving. It’s a pricey restaurant so check their menu online beforehand to avoid getting sticker shock and be prepared for the spend.

I don’t doubt that some people would find the food pretty good for their taste. But to me, it was average at best since the sauces that are given for the meat are really bland it just tastes like eating unseasoned meat. Anyway the food is not the reason this restaurant gets 1 star. The service at this restaurant is so terrible. I love going to Calia downstairs, it’s like a completely different vibe. However, upstairs the Vietnamese waitress that served us didn’t even know how their menu worked when we asked about things. Once the food was brought over and I tried to ask for more water. I see 4 servers in the corner playing on their phones and I had to get up to call for their attention. Like..... what???! Surely at a premium restaurant you would have properly trained your staff. Anyway, it seemed like everyone was on their lunch break chilling in the corner ignoring the customers. Really really really bad experience. Unfortunate.

Great atmosphere and just as amazing food. Service was amazing with attentive staff. Food to table speed was well timed. Not a lot of ventilation for all the smoke from the grills and the food is a bit on the pricey side. Overall an excellent dining experience. Would recommend to try at least once for the ambiance and experience.

Simply amazing food, friendly, attentive & professional service. This is why Calia Grill became our go-to dining spot so quickly. My favourite is Gyukatsu - meat is tender and juicy, every single element of that dish (rice, miso soup, potato salad, cabbage, sauce...) is perfect.

Impeccable presentation with their food - photos say it all. Staff were friendly and polite although place was super busy, had to wait a little for food but we were looked after with drinks :) Overall a great experience, cant wait to be back again with friends!

Absolutely phenomenal service and delicious food! The interior is like dining under the stars. Me and my wife tried the A5 and were absolutely floored, first time eating meat that absolutely just melted away with flavour will definitely be back. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

The food was really delicious. But need improvements on the service. Tried a few times to book a table, never available. I understand you might be popular but having no walk in option is terrible experience. I have been there on the first day they open - waited forever for the food to be served.

Message confirmed for booking 24 hrs before, when we arrived only a board noticing shut down due to technical issues. Can't believe there's no prior notice to cancel or rebook at all. Very bad management and customer experience!
