I am so disappointed with this shop. I was trying to sell my apple watch in this store. But after they tested around 30mins, they told me they need another 3 hours to update the system to confirm the price. Indeed when I ask about a rough price as I can't wait for 3 more hours, they told me only can sell around 50 and they would sell 200 in their store. If they told me at the beginning I would not do any test and won’t sell it. After I decide not selling my apple watch they gave me everything back. Then I got two miss call from a mobile number without any voice messages when I was at my daughter's Christmas concert. When we just reach home, two police officers came to knock our door saying that this shop has reported police that the staff member of this shop accidentally left another watch in the box they returned to me. Police would like to check and get the watch back. Even the miss call was from the police officer. I was so shocked when I hear this ridiculous incident. Isn't it logical they should try to contact me first before they contact the police? I didn't even open the box after receiving it from the shop. It was the shop’s mistake, I deserve an apology from this shop. Everyone trying to sell or buy from them, please think twice. I would never come back to this shop again.

customer service seems nice and the entire shop looks really cool. and i like the idea of selling second hand devices and games. Despite this however, i bought two items from the store and none of them seem to work. Does anyone else have this problem?

Staff are friendly and usually have a large range of products. Pricing is usually good but can be a bit wild, for example some products are priced as a bargain while other products can be a bit overpriced. But often worth it for the convenience.

I only found this place a couple of weeks ago. I needed to off load a lot of clutter. They offer cash for goods but you get a fantastic deal if you accept the store deal. Up to 70 extra!
