Dale was highly recommended by some friends & we were not disappointed. He was quick to respond & came to our home to assess the situation and provide us with a quote for the replacement of our existing ducted system. We were very pleased with the quote and arranged for Dale to go ahead with organizing the new system. After about 1 1/2 weeks, we now have our new system installed and we were very impressed with Dale and his electrician Gary. They were on time and the job was completed within a few hours. We would highly recommend Dale to anyone looking for an excellent air conditioning experience.

I am writing this review as a note of appreciation to Exclusive A/C. I was facing a huge problem with needing an air conditioner and had absolutely no knowledge of air conditioners and their installation. I was totally confused, out of my depth, and out of my comfort zone, with what was involved I moved to Cessnock and then the hot weather hit. I emailed and phoned several places for a quote. I went to numerous stores gathering prices and information to buy an air conditioner and I had not taken into consideration the difficulty of what needed to be done to install it once I had bought it. I was impressed with Dale from Exclusive Air Conditioners who came to see me the next day to give me well informed quote. Dale talked me through the size, model, the features of the air conditioner and where the best place would be to gain maximum benefits from the unit he was recommending. Dale gave me the information I needed for me to make the right decision in purchasing the air conditioner. I really commend the prompt service provided by Dale, his courteous and easy manner and the knowledge he shared. Speaking with Dale helped and assured me with exactly what it was I needed. When installing the A/C Dale brought along a great professional team which made the installation exceptional. My house was left clean and there absolutely no mess left behind. It was a great experience with Exclusive A/C. There was no pressure, just well-informed product knowledge and service information. What I loved the most was there were NO HIDDEN surprise costs or outlays. What I was quoted is all I had to pay and I might add it was the best quote. Dale from Exclusive Air Conditioning was really good to deal with. He was able to come round at short notice to quote up. Explained clearly what was needed. Sent the quote soon after. Once agreed he was responsive and flexible to our needs in terms of installation. Him and his team did a great job and the finish is excellent. It was great to work with someone who was proactive with customers. It was very much appreciated! Had a good network of people to refer which I have since utilised. Highly recommended.
We highly recommend Dale for all your Air Conditioning needs, His reliable and his work is outstanding. Our A/C blew up just before Christmas and Dale went above and beyond to help us out, the care he showed us was unbelievable. Dale came back to fix our A/C when he was on his holiday break just to make sure we had it fixed and running for Christmas. Top bloke.
Dale was very helpful and professional and got the job done quick. He was honest that he was not the cheapest but stands by the quality of his work, which from what I see so far looks right and I think is great value for money. As it turned out, we even got a MHIAA cashback and the price was only slightly more than a lesser quality unit from another quote. I believe he is an honest and upfront tradesman who cares about the quality of the work he does and customer satisfaction and would not hesitate to recommend.
