Loved the BBQ pork with Speck salad. Double pork how on earth could you go wrong. Four stars does not represent the quality of my meal that was amazing but the menu options are a little light, a few burgers several pizzas and only 5 mains.

Mandoon Estate is one of the Swan Valley's treasures. It's a large venue that caters for all tastes. The bar/ restaurant has a great menu with a good selection of locally brewed beers / wine. The menu offers a broad selection of tasty food that is likely to cater for all tastes. Outdoors offers a wonder dining experience and on weekends has pizza and burgers available for purchase. The highlight for parents is the open grass and playground that will keep the kids busy for hours. Well worth the travel and effort to get here for a relaxed afternoon with friends and family.
Food and and ambience was definitely fitting. The service was something you would definitely expect from such a classy looking joint. Staff were knowledgeable in both food and wines to answer any questions we had and were extremely malleable with our requests. The chairs weren't the most comfortable for some of us but others really enjoyed the chairs so can't judge on that.
And would have been 5 stars but for the parsimonious serve of Rankin Cod. And it was a tiny tad over cooked. Delicious veg, superb wine, excellent service in a sublime garden setting. A find!
We have had the pleasure of working at Mandoon Estate on a number of occasions both in their indoor function space and the Beer Garden. The venue offers immaculate gardens and scenic views for not only wedding receptions but ceremonies. Offering a deck and shade from large trees in the beer garden and a modern facilities in the function space, Mandoon Estate is certainly a venue worth checking out if you are looking for a wedding venue in the Swan Valley. Most recently we had our Purple Flower Wall and Vintage Photo Booth out at the venue for the Swan Valley Twighlight Wedding Expo. Check out some of the photos below:
This place is very easy on the eye! Absolute beautiful surroundings, shame I couldn't say the same about the food. Paid TOP dollar for a steak and when it was brought out it was more like half a steak that was just loosely thrown on the plate with a little mushroom.... don't bother getting the lemon pepper squid either, nothing lemon or pepper about them and felt like I was chewing a rubber band... on a brighter note the cocktails were tasty and the service was very friendly.
Mandoon is an amazing place for a nice afternoon nestled near the banks of the Swan. It is also an incredible venue for more formal events and has accommodation on-site- however this is a touch on the expensive side. Lots of grass space for the tin lids while you have a few sneaky ones with your squad.
Great experience as per usual. Friendly staff plenty of seating and very family friendly. Loads of grassed area for a picnic blanket if you think there might be a crowd also.
