Tasy dishes with great customer service. The whole grilled snapper had the delicious char grilled flavour. The tahini sauce complimented the flavours very well. The kibbi bi lahem were crispy and flavoursome. Tabbouleh was also very nice, herbs used were fresh.

Great food, lovely atmosphere, family friendly... some strong seasoning in some dishes however I am sure thats just my palate. Will certainly become a regular local favourite.
The sheer variety and flavour is worth the wait I had to get my order from Almazett. Though their food isn't the best to have reheated in one's oven. I will not order takeaway again as their lebanese fare is only good when enjoyed right from the kitchen in the restaurant.
We first ate at Almazett in the 70's - a regular Friday night treat - always fabulous food, service and entertainment any time we visited. Returned last week after several years away - delighted to find the same level of hospitality & delicious food - like a warm hug from an old friend! Thank you Almazett - you are legendary!

Great food, enthusiastic staff. Meat cigars are a real food, not a euphemism. They're good as well. Eat them.
while staff were friendly, we found service very poor with our mains coming out before we had even finished entree or had table cleared. We were served by 2 different staff and they had not communicated with each other. Food was ordinary, . It did take more than an hour to have our table cleared and only after we asked several times .Had to ask constantly for water
A classic Lebanese in the area. Been coming to this spot since I've arrived to Melbourne, and have always been a return customer (not as much as I wish, but at least every now and then). VERY good value for me! If you ask me.. this restaurants pricing for Melbourne standards is one of my personal best. Very honest, very generous portions for such minimal prices. The way its really done in the Middle East. It proves you can eat a quantity quality food for less in this city (: - thanks for the continuous great and generous food guys! --- ask them for the garlic dip for your meats! or even potatoes ;) Batata harra.. one of my absolute favorites.
