Ordered from here plenty of times. Always ordered some type of fish which is always deliciously cooked, & have recently ordered & loved the taste of their cooked tempura prawns. During lockdown would uber food from here & they would include a small snack & personalized note to say Thanks for supporting the Locals. That was a nice personal touch so good work to them for thinking of that idea. Whenever I need seafood this is where I'd visit. Good job all!
Food is ok, more good than bad, nothing to write home about but nothing to bag out either. Value however is nearly non existent, today’s order consisted of 6 calamari rings, 6 octopus, 2 crab claws and 5 cocktails, this bill came to 46.90. This isn’t an uber eats order or anything, this is heading into the shop. My other gripe with this shop is that you must pay a credit card surcharge and they include this as a “tip” on the eftpos terminal.
Have ordered from the restaurant frequently in the past using door dash. Placed order today which was marked as accepted by restaurant. Door dasher then called 20mins later to say that the restaurant doesn't work with door dash so order was not going to be completed, leaving me to deal with door dash to activate refund. Thankfully DD makes this a rather simple process. Why continue advertising via door dash AND accept the order if you are not going to process it? Wasted my time and delayed my family's dinner as well as wasting the time of the door dasher who took the time to drive to the restaurant. Won't be using the restaurant in any form again again.
Food isn't that great. Overpriced like everyone else said but I can understand maybe the rent in Casula Mall is more expensive than other places. Anyway, I'd come back if other seafood stores are closed.
Ordered small chips and extra small portion of salt and pepper squid plus a drink for a total of 18 Absolute thievery! Rip.off...and RIP to this store...wont be back
Ordered a serve of grilled octopus only to be told they had run out.. ordered some S&P squid and some prawns instead. Got home and as it turns out they hadn't entirely run out of octopus, and the 3 sneaky left overs were thrown in with the squid. It's the little things that'll bring the customers back, good on ya's
The short chubby bloke was testy and angry for some reason. He gave me the worst customer service I've had in years - he's fishy!
