Recently took my Sim2 projector that had stopped working after 12 months use to Westview as they were the authorised repairer. They were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable about the product. Initially when the manufacturer pushed back on the repair Westview were able to get it covered. The team diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it at a reasonable cost . Overall very happy

Recently had repairs done on a HD tuner, Ready in under 24 hours at what seemed to me to be a fair price. Nice people obviously good at their job. What more do you want?
Wonderful and friendly service. Staff finalised some old recording discs for us. Marvellous job in doing so. Extremely grateful. Would highly recommend Westview Electronics.
Spent 100 for them to tell me what I told them on the phone when I called them. Did not even open the unit to inspect it. Sales staff then attempts to convince my mother to just leave the TV with them as its only good for parts. Quoted 500 for backlight repair. I called another company who advised that was way over what this should cost and offered to complete this service for half the price. Essentially tried to convince me the TV was not worth it so they could keep it.. Hardly a business.
I sent a brand new projector to Westview for repair, twice, as it was such a poor picture quality. Both times it was sent back to me saying nothing was wrong, despite us not being able to read the projected image. The manufacturer finally had a look at it and said it was faulty. GREAT WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY WESTVIEW. Thanks for nothing.
Spent 77 for nothing. Got printer report which make no sense. Wasted time and money and disappointed with service and ethics. I'll never ever go to them again.
