I bought a black Tarquet dance floor from this company that I have only had since October 2018. Already indentations on the floor from ballroom dance heels, I wasn't told about white sole sandshoe scuffs being impossible to get off and even satin pointe shoes make friction scratches that I also cannot remove. The floor looks 3 years old and I have only had it for 5 months. I tried to contact Oliver who sold me the floor to discuss with him how I can get the scuff marks off, have sent him text messages also and he just ignores me in additional to my phone calls. I would never recommend this floor or company and am very disappointed with the follow up customer service on how to care for this floor.
