Went to the store, found a hall stand we loved. Asked to purchase and was told we had to wait for more stock. We asked if we could have floor stock and were told no as it would only be a few weeks. We paid in full and were told tigress would call when the item arrived. Since then (many months ago now) I have had no communication from tigress. I called them 3 weeks later and was told the item would come in that week. I called them a week latter and was told it would be another 4 or so weeks. 5 weeks latter I called them and was told it would be mid November (yet another few weeks) 28 November I called AGAIN and was informed it would now be mid January. I can understand that items are being held up but what I think is completely unacceptable is the fact that at no point in time has tigress ever contacted me, I have had to call at least 4 times and every time is after the time they tell me I will have my delivery. The last time I called I was upset and was told a senior staff member would call me back and guess what... they never called. I would never recommend tigress to anyone and I will never buy anything from them again. Please be very careful when purchasing items from them and I would recommend strongly to never ever pay in full The item was purchased in my husbands name

What great customer service I received from this store - I visited a few times and they helped me to order the correct furniture for the space. Products never go on sale apparently. However, if you look around you can find identical products sold in this store for 100 cheaper elsewhere. Yet they still refuse to price match... Reply: I was looking at your "Montauk" Hamptons Style Timber Coffee Square Table (899), but can get the same one at Lounges Plus for 559. 340 difference in price but no discernible difference in quality having seen both in person.

I needed furniture and delivery urgently for a display home. The Manager was very helpful and was able to organise goods and delivery promptly. The furniture and prices are very good for a Hamptons style home.
