I just want to let the kids running this store that it doesn't go unnoticed when they up the price of the item at the till once the customer agreed to the price that was initially quoted. On about 2 occasions I asked 'how much is such and such sn item?" They said for example "40". When they put it through the till they say "oh no sorry it's 45, is that ok?". Like they are trying to embarrass you from backing away from the mere 5 increase. On a couple of occasions on principle I refused and got the items elsewhere. Today I was quoted items that was 3.50 a few weeks ago then it was 4 but 2 each if I buy more than 1. So I chose 6. Then as he put them all through the till, he then said, "oh no, it's 2.50 each." I let it go because I needed those. Guys next time I come around and you do that to me, I need to confront you about it because it's poor ethics and insulting. If your boss is telling you to do that, then shame on you, but I will still be saying something at the counter. It must be a thing or there is something going on because General Pants in Castle Towers do it too. So stop the bs and be better people than this.

I will never buy from Surf Dive Ski again!! I had an item in its original order with tags still on and they would not exchange or give me a store credit because I bought it more than 30days ago!! Thanks just unacceptable, most stores give you 3months or more!! Worst customer service ever!!!!
