This was hard. Our host told us only 1 in 8 groups gets out. There is only 1 escape room but it has multiple areas you need to get through to win. A quirky feature is if you’re struggling to get through an area the room will solve itself and let you move onto the next area. This is good as it gives you a chance to get out in the remaining time (unlikely) but bad as you don’t know if you did something right and solved the room or you were just taking too long and the next area opened up. It’s also frustrating as you don’t know if the unused items in the first area are red herrings, were needed to solve the room correctly (and therefore no longer required as the room solved itself without those things) or if you you need to take them with you for the next area. The host told us there’s a phone to call for unlimited clues at any time. I rang 3 times without an answer. Eventually he called us in the room and said the phone wasn’t working properly. There is a very loud PA system in the room as part of the scenario. It was very difficult to understand and we missed the clues/instructions it was giving us a few times. It’s very technology based rather than old school escape room type puzzles (although there are aspects). It was fun, but even knowing what I know I still don’t think I could solve the room quick enough in the time given!

I participated in this escape room quite a while ago and I was initially impressed with the technology but the room did fall downhill towards the end. I have heard from a few other groups who have also played this room and all of us seem to have something in common, something not working properly. For us it was the blacklight torch, m which basically cost us the escape. The staff don't give you any bonus time and don't care if something in the room doesn't work. There are some memorable puzzles in that room, but some of them are memorable for the wrong reasons. I really recommend they put some spare torch batteries somewhere in the room, because if your blacklight doesn't work, the your not going to be escaping. The room is also very expensive, even though its only 50 minutes, it cost more then some 60 and 75 minute rooms. If your a fan of technology then you will be a fan, but you might want to bring some batteries along with you.

Don’t Bother going there , rude staff & nothing insides the room is working Terrible experience, when we rang for a clue no one answered ! Go & spend your money somewhere else! Not worth it at all
