One star too many. Bought the Smoothskin Bare 299 It was great at first, after 7 months, the fan was very faint. I took it into Shaver Shop at Castle Hill and Sara said there was nothing wrong with it. Hardly used it and now the fan is still faint but very rarely zaps and no heat. Smoothskin advised there is a fault and told me to take back to Shaver Shop but Sara advised that they are not doing anything as it's 5 months out of warranty. Don't go to this store.

Located on the bottom floor. They are a great store with helpful staffs. Their price are not cheap unless they are doing a special.

If it were possible to leave 0 stars - I would. If you're looking to receive pathetic customer service, then this is the store for you. I purchased a shaver for my boyfriend as a gift from the Shaver Shop Castle Towers store, and the unit ended up being faulty. A female staff member at the Castle Hill store would not allow me to get a refund or exchange, instead telling me that she would give me a store credit (which I never would have used), or I would have to externally send the unit back to the manufacturer for testing, meaning I would have to pay for postage. I ended up leaving with the unit and was able to get a full refund at the Macquarie Centre store, where we received incredible service. I will never visit this store again.
Good range of gear and mens grooming gear including beard oils and balms. Friendly staff. Good location at Castle Towers too. Highly recommended. Tell em Kev sent ya!
You can get electronics items for grooming, at very competitive price. I normally buy from Amazon, as prices of personal electronics are high as compared to US. At Shaver shop you can get them at competitive price. I wait for offers, you can get the daily use items at very low price. I recommend this place

Had a very unpleasant visit to this shop. We purchased a product which was faulty online and came to exchange in store. Was turned away and told to go to the “corporate store” in Bondi or Macquarie even though they had the item in stock.
