Love this store. So many products available, but also such a great team. I feel really awful as I do not know the team members name, but she is ALWAYS in the balloon section, young and has her hair tied back 9 times out of 10... I hope this description helps so you can pass this feedback on... she is beyond helpful, very knowledgeable and always willing to assist me. A true asset to the Castle Hill team. I highly recommend this store!

My Mum and I have visited Ronnies quite a few times over the last few months and have been blown away by the customer service shown from one of your staff members. Jennifer has gone above and beyond every time to help us put together various looks for the house. Her suggestions, creativity and flair for home decorating have left us shocked that she doesn't actually work in interior design. She is such an asset to your store and it's people like her who make customers come back and buy more things!! We love her but not sure our wallets do! On top of this she has a lovely, down to earth personality and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much Jennifer for being so helpful. The latest purchase from this afternoon (plants and stands) look great :-) No doubt we will be back again soon.
