Bought some slate plates on Wednesday 24 February 2021 , the young lady who served me could not have done more or been more pleasant or more enthusiastically efficient. The plates had to be ordered which I was expecting but they arrived the very next day . This is in contrast to the week before Christmas when I tried to purchase the same plates, two women , an older and a younger woman virtually talked me out of making a purchase. The plates weren’t here, they’d have to be ordered , it’ll take too long . They might be in the warehouse. Strange way to work in sales , and hospitality sales at that. The young lady who arranged my plates epitomized hospitality and service and restored my faith in your company . Well done

will give you mental depression. We buy Apuro planetary mixer 10l in 6 months ago still we have warranty on it during this 6 month the machine breakdown 2 times. 1st time breakdown within 1month We call warranty team they response after 15 days send someone check machine again we wait 20days to fixed machine. That day was terrible 2nd time breakdown 20 days again same process Call everyday response after 3days Arrange time with technician 10 days The technician will inspect the machine and send report to warranty team for the part 7days. When We call every time to asked about the machine answer waiting for the part. until today almost 2 months still waiting for to fixed the machine OMG My question is who will be the responsible to for this And I am paying everyday extra salary to extra employees to do that machine job every day. it’s your customers Service? You Guys advise me to sale this machine to someone when they fixed do you think it’s good advice? Now the machine siting on the corner I don’t know when will be fixed. Never buy any Apuro brand,polar brand For your busy kitchen this is rubbish Thank you Spring Hill kitchen

We just popped into the store in Castle Hill and they didn't have either of the products in stock that we need. When we were leaving and expressed our disappointment the response from the lady working there was "no worries". No, actually, this is a worry. As a small business we rely on companies like Nisbets to be able to have the products in stock that we need. At least we got pointed to the French kitchen which had exactly what we wanted. At least wee know where to go in the future.

I have a bad experience in this shop in Nisbets Castle Hill branch. A week ago I bought a planetary mixer at their shop and they told me they have them in stock and will be delivered the following Thursday. My mixer did not arrived on a Thursday so I called the store. They told me they have to back order the mixer because they run out of stock..(very frustrating, no one informed me about this)... and will expect delivery approximately in 3 weeks time and they said if I don't want to wait in 3 weeks they will offer me a refund. I accepted the offer of refund. I went back to their store thinking they will give me a refund but they said they don't do refund at the store and I have to wait from their Finance office to call me the next day to get my money back. Nobody called me the next day from Finance office. This is very frustrating because I needed the mixer as I have a big order of bread in a week but I have no money to buy the mixer with another shop. As of today, I'm still struggling to get a refund from this company.
