These have to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with in over 20 years in the construction industry. Our problems initially started with the windows being produced 20mm out of square. This took numerous calls and a lot of emails etc to get rectified. Then after this issue we had the screens delivered and they were 15m too small. Safe to say the client wasn't happy. This issue has been ongoing for a month, constant calls and all I get in response is we will call you back or it's booked for next Tuesday. They have now stopped replying to emails and calls. If your looking to purchase from this company I'd reconsider as you will get a poor product with even worse service.

Really happy with the windows I received quality is on point. Me and my wife bought a whole house worth of windows and doors, we had a lot of help from the sales lady helping us pick the colour and the range. Turned out looking really nice and with no issues. 9 Months I've been dealing with their customer service to fix a faulty door. It has cost me hundreds of dollars and still isn't resolved. If you call the show room they will tell you they can't help and that it needs to come from their admin. The only way you can contact the admin is through email. They then take 2 weeks to get back to you via email and ask for photos. You then don't here anything for a further (minimum) 2 weeks. Then after complaining to the showroom for 20 minutes - they get someone to call you - they don't help you. They say they will get it sorted and never call back. There is no contact number available for these guys. You then don't hear from them and the process starts all over again. So if you want a rubbish product and appalling customer service then go see GEM Windows and Doors. The image shows how far the screen door slides before it stops - The catch can't go past the 1st stacker door because it is built too far out.

I am quite disappointed with my purchase from Gem windows. they have terrible customer service and they don't care about the customers at all. Once I wanted to go their showroom and found out from their website that their working hours is to 5pm. I was there after 45mins of driving from my home and the showroom was closed since they had updated their working hours due to Covid-19 without updating the info online or their automatic call response system. I placed an order the week after, and I was promised that it will be ready in a week time and they will call me to pick it up. after two weeks I didnt receive a call. I called them to chase it, however they promised me a follow up call shortly which I never received. next day I called them again. they said go and pick it from factory. your order is ready. I go to factory and see that window fly screen is not in the factory and they got me to drive 20min toward south to pick it up from somewhere else. This is not the end of story, the quality of product is very poor. It looks like a toy not an actual window. Stay away from these guys unless you want to get played and be supplied with poor quality product.
Installed my door over the weekend really happy with the quality and the look. So glad I found this guys I was getting insane prices and when I got a price I thought it was too good to be true but so glad I did and purchased. Definitely recommend this guys to anyone on the budget looking for good quality doors.
Finally finished our reno and the windows we got from these guys just make a world of difference! Great price and really good quality. Will be recommending to everyone I know. Thank you!
