Excellent service and friendly staff. Peter was an absolute dream to deal with. He wasn’t pushy and gave me plenty of options and was always calm and patient. On the day of collecting the car, the process was made really easy and they went out of their way to assist me with an interstate vehicle permit. Their pricing is the best in the market and the cars are thoroughly tested out. What more could you ask for? If I’m ever in the market for a used car ever again, I know exactly where I’m going.

Great service from most of the staff, the car was handed impeccable. I wanted to give 5 stars since it was overall a really good experience from the first contact till the handover. the problem was while signing the contract. It was not as smooth because the person was not friendly, he was upset with something or someone and did not reply to my questions with professionalism but rather with impatience and a bit of rudeness.

I've never been compelled to write a public review before but this was one for the ages. I visited the dealership yesterday (a Monday) and appreciate that it's likely to be a day where there are fewer staff about but my partner and I weren't approached by anyone. For 15 minutes. So we left. I made an appointment the following day (a Tuesday, today) and asked to take 2 cars for a test drive. The first had a flat battery. Not a great start. The second was available and off I went. I came back and being happy with the car, I decided to buy it. Following a short discussion on price and a satisfactory conclusion, I offered to leave a deposit. A second 'salesman' came across and addressed my 'salesman' (the term salesman is the term I'm using, these guys are clearly not trained in the same way as more, shall we say, professional, career salesmen are at other dealerships) informing him that the car I'd just made an offer on had been sold. At no time was I addressed by the second 'salesman', no apology or explanation was offered, no alternatives were available. I simply thanked the two 'salesmen' for their time and left. No one came after me, I've not been contacted. Hands down, THE worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I'd have rated 0 stars but there's no option for that.
