NEVER AGAIN - HASSLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought 7 fans, 2 broke within the first couple of month, one got replaced, the other ones warranty claim got expired that’s why Ventair didn’t replace the 2nd faulty fan. Ventair cannot provide with a working link for warranty claim. NEVER AGAIN VENTAIR terrible Customer support, faulty products. 5 year warranty promise is an empty promise.

I had an issue with a product for a new build which was bought through a Ventair reseller - the product wasn't faulty, but following installation it turned out to not be the right selection for the space. Even though I was willing to take a lesser priced product as a direct substitute, the reseller wasn't interested in helping me; effectively, I was left with something in good order that wasn't of any use for my circumstances. I contacted Ventair and explained the situation. They stepped up and offered to do the exchange direct. They made the process easy and they saved me a huge amount of hassle. I have quite a lot of their products specified throughout a high-end custom build - their response on this occasion has made me very comfortable that the standard of their customer service is on par with the high quality of their products.
I wrote a couple of reviews somewhere. So on this site I will do again. I had Spyda fans installed. Due to humming in two Ventair was absolutely helpful. I did upgrade to Sky fans and could not be more satisfied with how Doug and Mark handled my situation here in Qld. The Spyda fans have wonderful airflow, look great and dont rust. Important as I am on property near the ocean where dust and humidity are an issue and metal rusts easily. Apart from the humming in 2 fans one okay, everything was great. Looking fws to Sky fans as I was informed motor different and quieter. I cannot recommend Ventair highly enough. So very understanding and completely helpful. I do wish them well, great deserved prosperity and God's blessings always.
I had a couple of Ventair ceiling fans installed, and they are really good. They’re quiet and move more than enough air. It’s great in Summer, especially when sleeping. I can’t fault them, would highly recommend
As an Electrician I highly recommend Ventair!! We use there products regularly and they are great quality and our customers are always happy. Friendly customer service and are always a pleasure to deal with. 5/5 stars :)
Purchased two Sahara bathroom in-ceiling units and both had problems. Warranty department sent out new units which was great but Ventair let themselves down by using a technicality to ensure I had to pay for install of new units.
