We had a 1 bedroom granny flat built, Elpor made it so easy from start to finish. It was hassle free and everything is top class. The owners run a tight ship and they really know how to run a business. I would certainly recommend them and if you don't want any building headaches then look no further. Our mum loves it!

Absolutely fantastic to deal with, unfortunately we had to cancel our build on our behalf due to unforseen circumstances but they were very understanding and extremely helpful during the process. For anyone looking at building with these guys you couldn't find a better company to deal with!

We recently used Elpor to build a Dependent Persons Unit (granny flat) in our back yard. During the initial engagement Ryan and the team provided great advice about what we should and shouldn't do, and enabled us to get the best possible design/solution for our requirements. The quoted price was definitely competitive. The build was relatively seamless, with Elpor managing the entire process, including all permits, construction, third party services, inspections, etc. The build quality was quite good and we're very happy the final result.

I can't recommend Elpor enough. I did a lot of research before choosing Elpor and they have the best product at the best price and great bonus was that they are also the easiest to deal with. Ryan was fantastic at helping us decide on something that would fit in our backyard and what we did and didn't need. In the end we are very happy with the sleepout we got and it fits perfectly with what we needed. We needed the sleepout put up as quick as possible and Caitlyn kept us up to date with the progress of the various permits needed. Once the permits were cleared building started immediately and the sleepout finished a week ahead of schedule. Thanks you very much Elpor!
