Being first time new build owners we were very impressed with Aspire. On our first meeting with Lachlan we were sold because he listened to exactly what our needs were and promptly designed what we needed. We are still amazed by how spot on he was. The whole process was extremely easy and when ever we had a situation that needed to be addressed once again we were listen too and resolved promptly. All the trades were very professional and delivered a high standard of work. Steve our supervisor was always there for us when ever we had a question. Since moving in we have so many people comment on our house and how lovely it looks we could not be happier.
I absolutely enjoyed the whole process of dealing with my builder, Aspire Designer Homes. Having the sales consultant helping me with some design modifications was a huge benefit! Just wanted to give a shout out to Aspire, we had a great experience building with Aspire. Initially we took some mud map drawings to Aspire and through a consultation process, Aspire put a design, plans and quote together to suit our requirements. Aspire were easy to communicate with and the result is nothing short of spectacular. A big thank you to Gary and his team, especially to the builds supervisor Steve who's knowledge, experience and communication delivered a brilliant product.
Do not use Aspire. Been trying to get things fixed for months. Some of the finishing in the house looks like it has been done by first year apprentices. Brick work terrible. Render cracking. Internal doors warped. The list is endless. When we saw the display home,we asked for the price the way it was as we liked everything about the house. We were told a price from salesman. After we signed everything ended up been more expensive. Use another builder. They didn’t even put soap dishes in showers. They said it was extra.
From the moment I stepped into the offices of Aspire Homes, I found the team to be professional, attentive, very accommodating and lovely to deal with. Thank you everyone for making this such a fabulous experience and building such a well built, beautiful home. Would definitely use again & highly recommend
