I came in today and no-one was at desk there was a sign with a number to call, I rang couple of time but no answer A lady called me back saying she was from Arthur's storage I had said that I had come in but there was no-one there her reply was I already spoke to you my reply, I haven't spoken to anyone her reply yes I spoke to you, mine was no I haven't hers, yes I told u I was at bank anyway what would you like? my answer was no I never spoke to you and you know what cause your so rude I'll go elsewhere thank you. I then screenshot the mobile number info and text it through to show I hadn't spoken to anyone my text back was how I was rude, I must be having a bad day, I'm hostile, and apparently she couldn't get a word in I'm disgusted in her behaviour and if I could post the photos of the screenshots I would so people could see.
To the lovely Manager Sal behind the desk, not only did you help my nephew super quick by organizing a unit for him, not only did you have the TIME the SKILL and the EFFORT of doing all the hard work for him, but you provided me with peace of mind, exceptional customer service skills, always returned my calls within minutes and was very informative guiding us all the way!!! I cant belive how a complete stranger was so passionate and dedicated to help us out!!! A huge huge thank you SAL you are truly a blessing in disguise. You have Made my day , week , month and YEAR!!!!!! Highly Recommended!!!
Excellent customer service by manager, Sal. Location is perfect, site is clean and run very efficiently. Rates have been the same since we commenced our storage (9 months ago). Highly recommend this company.
