I avoid using TNT/Fedex where possible due to multiple bad experiences. The most recent was last week where an International Priority Fedex parcel which I had paid a small fortune to be delivered from Hong Kong quickly (a car part I needed urgently) sat in the Carrington warehouse for 3x days with a status saying "not due for delivery yet". I live literally 2km from the warehouse. After 3 days of waiting for the parcel to be delivered I went down to the warehouse to collect it myself, which in itself took the staff about 15 minutes to find it. Bloody hopeless.

Worst experience I've ever had with shipment. Called multiple times and scheduled pick up but my parcel was getting delivered when I'm not home and delayed parcel pick up because of that.

Always say they attempted delivery when, in fact, they never do, making delivery as inconvenient as possible almost every single time. Their customer service reps don't seem to know what's going on either and are about as convincing in their faith in the company they work for as the actors in one of those Real Life Insurance TV ads. If you want something delivered, anyone else is more professional!

For a courier company, they seem to spend a lot of time and effort to avoid actually making deliveries. - "Sorry we missed you" cards left, despite us being home, with the front door wide open... - Redelivery cancelled because no one will be home to help unload. If only they actually attempted delivery the first time... - Package not ready at agreed pick-up time from the depot, despite multiple assurances it would be. And then watching me load it into my car. Maybe that's what they meant by help unload... If you think of it as a giant, inefficient, inconvenient PO box, you won't be as disappointed. Customer service were reasonably quick to respond, if entirely unhelpful.

I wish I could give them no stars at all. They just know how to make deliveries as difficult as possible for customers. Don't go for it.
