Met up with friends for a lovely Sunday brunch only to be faced with terrible service and terrible food. A shortage of plates due to the fact that the tables were never cleared.
Consistency right across their franchisees. Great coffee, great service, well priced. Plenty of parking nearby.

Had a skinny cappuccino here... Perfect warmth... Not too hot just like how I love it... I always take my family visitors here... We either have coffee in the club or take our coffee to the water front across the road... Great vibe and the owners or management are the most friendliest, loveliest people. My type of people... I love the positive vibe here... Come visit Gloria Jeans Emerald Lakes anytime..
Customer service could have been better. Other than that, pretty good food and coffee.
Beautiful spot, coffee was nice although the donut i brought to go with it looked a bit rough.
