Where to start staff were friendly as if they take the 25.covid vouchers I said I have 2 to use that was ok they said They have a set 25 meals so the wife and I ordered the steak Mine med rare Wife’s well done Both with chips Meal small peace of meat more chips than meat Mine over cooked tough to much fat and to grisly Wife’s cooked ok but to small to much fat and to grisly Desserts were ok Went to pay with my vouchers and then they say I can only use one not both like I was told when I walked in Not happy will be a long time before we go back there

First timer. My kids loved the menu choices and were absolutely delighted with the dessert cart. Above all were the amazing staff. Lara and Samsad (sorry if I misspelt your names) were the highlight. So attentive, friendly and their smiles lit up the room. Family friendly venue with a humble menu sure to please many. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Fantastic experience that was greatly enhanced by the humbleness and warmth of our waitress, I think her name was “Kelly” from her name tag, apologies if I got it wrong! We ordered 3 seafood baskets that were absolutely amazing, for drinks we ordered cokes and were a lot bigger than we expected. Our waitress was extraordinarily helpful and kept our table clean as soon as something needed to be removed, additionally the floor staff created a very friendly atmosphere. Overall fantastic experience and would return and recommend to others.
Probably the best of all the restaurants in this chain. Staff is very friendly and full of fun. Important is they cook steaks just right, as asked and as expected. There is the big carpark at this restaurant.
Ordered Original Rashays Chicken, cut through the middle, was cold and pink. Ate the salad and chips instead. Booth was also dirty with ice-cream from previous patrons. Please don't apologise just fix the issues that I experienced, in particular, undercooked poultry. Kind regards

Absolutely top service at this restaurant the staff are lovely and very helpful all the dishes we have been ordering from here is always fresh and good. All Rayshays stores are great but we love this one the most! The playground is awesome for the kids to burn off some energy x
What an experience. The service was really good, the portions of the food we received were rather big. Had colouring in books for my nieces and nephews. 5 star and would highly recommend! :)
