Before you even think about it STOP and call someone else. We called Jay more than 20 times to try and resolve our issue and he dodged and weave our calls, I was finally was able to track him down when I put my called ID on private. I addressed the issues with the plans than no less than 3 builders had brought to my attention. I would be happy to up load my phone records Jay you still dispute the fact I never addressed the issues with you prior to writing a review.

STAY AWAY !!!! Horrible experience dealing with Jay. He wouldn't stop calling us when he wanted our work and then as soon as his staff made a mistake he was no where to be seen, it took more than 50 phone calls to get back on to him. Jay refused to attend site to fix the mistake his staff had made. The only resolution he offered was to have the same staff member who made the critical error come out again. The reason Jay said he couldn't come to site was he was too busy. I also noticed that Jay has given him self a 5 star google review.
People be aware . This guy has no clue how to design a house or draw a simple wall . He designed our home and ruined the whole thing . From concept to final drawings everything was use less . He will promise you that he will do everything. Once he receive the money end of the story . Forget about him . We haven’t finished construction as he has made so many mistakes all tradies are leaving the contract . Whatever he has drawn does not physically fit or impossible. I am forming a group and collecting more information about his unprofessional conduct and will take legal action against him.
