Absolutely blown away by the phenomenal sale that Las from Barry Plant Caroline Springs got for us! He always had our best interest at heart and did not stop until he got an offer that beyond what we wanted! Las and Vikas were very trustworthy and transparent with us the whole time.
I honestly do not advice anyone to deal with Barry plant. Those guys do not consider tenants as customers, despite the fact that tenants are paying for them and their customers. From day one, I noticed that troubles is just a matter of time. They refused to handover the keys when I needed to get it few hours earlier on the same day of my contract. Thereafter, a situation occurred caused the ceiling of my house to collapse. I called what supposed to be an emergency number, but no body answered. The house I rented from them became unsafe and unlivable due to water leakage from the roof. They kicked me out with my family of 2 kids in no time, and they informed me in a very rude way to get off my belongings in 2 days and handover the keys. They also kept entering the house without prior notice and used my electricity account. Currently they are still holding my bond and didnt release it claiming that this is requested by the landlord. Besides, they were so rude and dealt inhumanly with the situation. I advice anybody to think twice before selecting these guys as an agent.

We have been long term landlords with Barry Plant and have mostly been happy with their service however In recent months they have engaged a new property manager Cinzia De Luca grace who has in my books raised the bar to new levels. Thankyou for your genuine concern of ensuring our property is well looked after and maintained and that our tenants are comfortable and happy. Cinzia has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, having a get it done attitude and following it up to ensure it does get done in addition to keeping us informed at all times.
