I always wanted to practice yoga in my day to day life but juggled with my work and gym and other things. I finally discovered summer healing yoga and as I live in Carnegie, I thought I should give it a try. I spoke to Aimee, who from the very first day was very welcoming and informative, like she is really into her stuff! I love the vibe at summer healing and even the other students are very friendly, every one smiles at you which creates a very positive environment :) Highly suggest !! Xx
