Been here twice, once for a regular eye test and once for a more specific checkup. Both times the staff were very professional and attentive. Dr Khang was friendly and honest and explained what he was doing. I had a good experience and will go back for my next checkup.

I can Strongly recommend Evergreen Optical Carnegie. They go above and beyond with their friendly professional service. I have been going here for many years. When I turned up with a reaction in my eyes they could not do enough for me to help. Thank you to the team for your fantastic service. I will be recommending you to all my friends and family. Give the team a go. You will not be disappointed.

The whole team at Evergreen optical have been wonderful helping my 5 year old with new glasses, and checking my 3 year old's eyes. Excellent customer service and professionalism shown throughout.

It’s a bad experience to buy the contact lenses over here. After I did the eye test and they just gave me the trial pack to wear without any explanation like after care of the eyes to see if it’s suitable for me to wear it. Also, I even don’t know what is the brand I wore about the trial pack until today. They just said it’s softview monthly one but even other optometrists don’t know what exactly it belong to. We ask them again they said it’s Biofinity softview one, anybody heard about that? Anyway I can’t research for that type of brand. So terrible experience. I also asked them if they have any cheaper ones? They suggested me the acuvue vita one but the worst thing is that the B.C of acuvue vita contact lenses is not the same to my prescription that they gave to me, which I just knew until today cause I need to buy a new contact lenses according to the prescription and product but other optometrists can’t sell them to me due to the acuvue vita prescription they gave to me is different from the original one they gave to me. Terrible……

After our first visits this month, both my partner and I were impressed by the professional eye consultations, treatments and services. Dr Khang Ta is very knowledgeable and can explain technical concepts in layman's terms very well. He is also a good listener who cares about everything that the customer says. Thank you Khang, Ming and everyone else in the team for patiently responding to all our questions and making us feeling very comfortable.
