Ells auto mechanic would have to be one of the best mechanics I have ever been to. I went to the one in Carlingford where Nino and Mick really strive for safety and what’s best for the customer. They have just repaired my van which wasn’t in a good condition. I came to the shop when they were full and they managed to fit me in and repair my van with a quick, professional manner. They helped me a lot and even let me sit in the shop for 2 days as I wasn’t from the area and my van was my space to live in as I was moving up the cost. Nino and Mick were both amazing, showing me step by step things with my van and also buying me things like powerades, bottles of water, offering me food, organising lifts through a friend to get me to and from the hotel I was staying at and comforting me in a stressful time. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Good price, quick and went out of their way a lot for me. Working in times where they weren’t open just so I could have my van back as quick as possible. Sending me photos to show exactly what was going on and striving for my safety. I will definitely be returning to them and making them my number 1 mechanic. If you’re looking for an awesome mechanic this is definitely the place. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 work done. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys

Paid 169 for this voucher ages ago, so I decided to book in my car for a rego inspection. Long story short, the mechanic told my partner that the car can't pass rego because the WINDOWS weren't working (they work at the individual doors, just not from the driver's side, car was purchased in that condition), and the rear main seal was leaking (seal was replaced last year when I had a new clutch installed). Took the car to another mechanic the next day, who replaced a burned out tail light as well as another light bulb. Passed rego. Thanks for the heads up on how dodgy you can be, I'll be sure to warn my family and friends.

Had my BMW car service in Carlingford Ells Auto Services Centre last week, service went really well and on time even on Saturday. Nino and his team are very professional and provided me expertise advices, and tips on how to take good care of my car. Especially with Nino, his expertise technical skills in bmw and european car which make me feel 100% confident of their team service. These blokes are champions. Had a p plater stuck in Sydney on his way through down the coast with a mechanical issue. I called ahead, they got him sorted within half an hour and sent him on his way. Thank you very much for your assistance. Highly recommended.

Miracle work! I called the shop very concerned about prices, explaining I am new to area and what the NRMA explained was my cars problem. I needed a fuel pump replacement - or a part of the fuel pump. ( I am no expert!) Nino was instantly professional explaining the problem and alternate problems and solutions even quoted me roughly and told me when I asked for a cheap fix that there were no short cuts or cheap fixes with this and quality is essential. I agreed to his ration. I shared other quotes that were 2 - 3 times more expensive than his estimate! He said they were over charging me AND asked me where I live - how was I planning on getting the car to him? He strongly suggested NRMA tow for MY safety! However I knew I could get there - AND Nino SOOO kindly had offered to drive me back home - OUT of HIS work day! THIS offer showed me the level of service, care concern and integrity he had. I honestly was blown away! He then called me next day by midday sharing it was fixed shortly and even had begun a Whatsapp convo with me which he continued throughout the service that showed me EveryThing he was doing which I do in my business - as is such quality service! Nino true to his word charged me as quoted which was by FAR the cheapest I had been quoted like hundreds of dollars! As a single woman in a new area I respected his professionalism from the very start - he addressed my concerns with his expertise. Managed my problems getting there and back and ALL with a Super Smile - I will be going back there for all car needs as long as I am living locally here! HIGHLY recommend Nino and his team! Thanks Nino - legend! Much appreciate you!
