Fantastic service. I rented two units, one smaller on the first floor and a larger one on the ground floor. I really appreciate cheaper option upstairs as it is only slightly less convenient for me. Gentlemen running the facility are absolutely fantastic and eager to help with any inquiries. I must say that I quickly get used to 24/7 access and would rather never come back to a facility with restricted hours.

Five stars because of how nice the staff are! Free ute for 4 hours, trolleys, and many sizes and prices of storage units. Available 24 hours and very easy to access your units. I will be sitting things here for a year and got a great deal even compared to the nearby storage facilities.
Friendly, easy, reliable and they were happy to help where they could. Would highly recommend
Great service. Ease of access and pro-rata’d rates for only what you use in your last billing cycle are fantastic. Staff are also very friendly and willing to help with all things storage arrangements. Will use KSS Caringbah again when needed! Cheers
Incredibly helpful and looked after my stuff for a year. They were even happy to help out with names for removalists when the guys that I had hired didn't turn up.

Excellent Service here. I needed to downsize my storage unit as all of our furniture had been removed and only have smaller household items to store now. Another unit was found on the same floor making the move very easy and convenient. It is always a pleasant experience at Caringbah.
If I need storage again I won't shop around. Faultless!
