Staff are friendly, environment is nice although I feel ripped off. I have been a loyal customer for years after I discovered their crumbed chicken pasta and hot chocolate. The last few crumbed chicken pastas I have ordered barely any chicken in them. I go for the regular size each time and today I only received about 5 small slithers of chicken. I also got a hot chocolate which was lukewarm and not hot.
Food is pretty awesome, prices a little high but I'll forgive that as the food is good. The customer service, in particularly in the morning needs attention, 3 times now over the past couple of weeks I have gone there to grab a coffee just before I start my shopping, there has been 1 person serving and making coffee whilst in behind there a couple of people preparing the salads etc for the day. That's fine the food does need to prepped but the crowd of waiting customers need attention too, some are like me grabbing a coffee before starting our shopping and others are centre employees grabbing the last minute caffeine hit. As there is one employee serving and making coffee they aren't aware on que placements, if they are, they are prioritising centre employees over regular customers and that's not acceptable, myself and 3 others were skipped over because of guy from a sporting store who was running late... your problem not ours buddy. If mornings are busy, they need to have more staff, today myself and another customer walked away and got our coffee elsewhere.
