I had my hair done here today by Kelly. It was a huge task but she did an amazing job. It is the best colour I have had in a long time, so thanks Kelly! I could really tell that she takes pride in her work, and nothing was too much trouble. She was confident in her job and gave me advice about my hair. All the staff were friendly as well, so I had a great experience. Thanks again Kelly for the great cut and colour. Look forward to seeing you again in a couple of months.
Quality, talent, consistency... Kelly! Recently I had my third visit as a PC client, each time with Kelly. I thought Kelly and I had agreed upon a subtle colour change and cut... but WOW! I have quite fine hair, but between Kelly's expertise and a little change in products even my 90 year old Aunt noticed my hair looks thicker and stronger. One of my close friends and my husband both say I look younger. The only issue I have with PC is the service and product knowledge of the front counter staff . The salon is well equiped with a wide range of quality products, but seems to fall a little short on "reception" skills. It can also be difficult to be noticed and advised. Outside of basic hair bands required for school uniforms, the only retail purchases I have made have been through Kelly. I now call in regularly and ask Kelly's advice on my product purchases.
I had cut/color done twice in Carindale. First time with Kelly (who successfully managed to fully fix my hair which was very spoilt by a hairdresser in another salon), her work was amazing and I really loved both color and cut. Then I saw Jacinta on another day, and she did a fantastic job too (color/cut)! Well done ladies!
Needed a new look and got a holiday makeover today from Jess. Super happy with my style cut! Great service!
